The “Annual Dr. Betty Shabazz & El Hajj Malik El Shabazz Malcolm X Memorial Lecture,” established in 2018, features leading thinkers, scholars, activists, and cultural producers who draw on life and legacy of Dr. Betty Shabazz to explore themes of social, economic, and political justice.
